Desire Climax 44 discussion

Desire Climax 44 is out!!!

This chapter actually made me sad. When he called her Omari-san, that broke my heart. I don't really get what he's trying to do, because I highly doubt he doesn't like her anymore. He was just saying how much he wants to protect Mio in chapter 43! There's got to be some reason, probably to protect Mio. But I can't really see it, as of right now.

I hope that I can find the answer in the chapter 45!!!
